Full Scope Polygraph
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Stand up and configure Windows or Linux servers. Apply patches and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot server issues.
- Administer customer accounts
- Deploy monitoring tools.
- Deploy applications and tools.
- Assist with escalated customer tickets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Windows or Linux system administration background.
- Knowledge of physical and virtual servers (rack/stack, network, build, deploy, etc.)
- Knowledge of log aggregation applications
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Elasticsearch/Splunk, Syslog/NxLog, Nagios or other similar monitoring applications,Scripting experience (Python/Perl)
CLEARANCE:
- Full Scope Polygraph minimum
