A 130-employee Government contractor was growing quickly and struggling to develop a large pipeline of TS+ Software Development and Cloud Engineering talent in the Defense and Civilian Markets. We partnered with them to develop a solution for their specific needs. Since then, we’ve delivered 18 hires in one year. We also worked to develop a pipeline of an additional 300+ engaged candidates.
