D’Ermes joins Procession Systems from SAIC where he served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition for the $6.5B enterprise. There, he drove recruiting strategy, technology and process transformation that improved the scale and speed of hiring across National Security, Defense, and Civilian Programs.

D’Ermes brings to Procession Systems thirty years of experience delivering the highest priority talent for firms including SAIC, Booz Allen Hamilton, CACI, and Microsoft. He has deep expertise gaining alignment with all levels of an organization on talent acquisition requirements and delivering best-in-class results.
